Pineapple Delight

Open the tin can of pineapple and drain the juice or keep it for any other recipe that you might use later. Arrange the pineapple slices on the bottom of the pyrex dish. Top the pineapple with the cooking cream which should be whipped before adding it to the pineapple. Sprinkle the soft brown sugar on top of the whipped cream. Put the pyrex dish in the refregirator for at least 10-20 mins. Scoop the mixture into small individual bowls and serve cool.

- 1 packet cooking cream
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Additional Information
It should be served chilled but not frozen. The brown sugar should be only sprinkled not mixed. It is delicious as is but you can add anything else to it if you please. I personally prefer it as is.
