Metric Cups
  • 115 grams dark chocolate
  • 115 grams dried apricots (chopped into smallish chunks)
  • 55 grams blanched almonds (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or golden syrup)
  • 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate
  • 4 ounces dried apricots (chopped into smallish chunks)
  • 1⅞ ounces skinned almonds (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or golden syrup)

Method

  • Place chocolate and honey in a bowl, then melt of a just simmering pan of water.
  • Once the chocolate has melted, stir in the apricots and almonds.
  • Drop teaspoons of the mixture into petit four cases, and set for 2-4 hours. Done!
