Seafood 'Leftover' Quiche

Preheat oven to 180. Spray a round cake try well 9about 20 - 23cm) Make sure the tin closes tightly. Spread mashed sweetpotato evenly on the bottom Sprinkle seafood on top of sweetpotatoes (as much as you like) Beat eggs and cream well, if to thick add some milk (50 - 100ml) Pour over the top Put the asparagus on top In the oven we go for about 40 - 45 min.
Introduction
I hate throwing away leftover seafood and never seems to know what to do with it, but this seems to work real well for me!

- seafood (whatever leftover seafood you have)
- 1 sweet potato (boiled and mashed)
- 2 fresh green asparagus
- 4 eggs
- 1 tub cream
- salt
- pepper
