A whole chicken can be deliciously covered in this easy to do baste and comes out divine. Take several dollops of good quality mayonnaise, add a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, mix and then lavishly brush all over chicken and then roast. Comes out superb and of course for chicken pieces too. So simple but delicious and quick.
