- Score the skin but do not cut through to the seeds as if sectioning an orange.
- Peel back that portion before tearing of additional peel.
- Once the peel has been removed, score the bared pith before peeling away those sections which carry the seeds.
- Pressing into the pith forces the seeds to pop, thus no cutting, no staining of hands or clothing or anything nearby.
