After reading the spiced nut recipe and reading that they do not save well I thought of this... Toast the nuts and cool. Whip an egg white till frothy and add the nuts, then and spices, spread on lined banking tray and oven dry for 8 minutes at 220C (450F). Can be saved for several weeks in jars or zipper sacks.
