I would like to make the Gemelli With Anchovies. Is it possible to refrigerate or freeze leftovers of this once cooked? I live alone, thanks.

Nigella's Gemelli With Anchovies, Tomatoes And Mascaropne (from AT MY TABLE is a quick to make pasta dish, where the sauce can be assembled while the pasta is cooking. If you are living alone then we feel that it may be easiest just to halve all of the ingredients quantities and make just one portion.
However, if you like to have some leftovers then they will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. Leftovers are probably best eaten cold as a salad, perhaps with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprizt of lemon juice. The pasta will absorb the sauce as it cools, so will need a little extra moisture.
