Can I make the sponge part of the Glizy Chocolate Puddings and freeze them?

Nigella's Glitzy Chocolate Puddings (from NIGELLA EXPRESS) are very light, almost soufflé-like, chocolate sponges that are served with a hot chocolate sauce. The sponges are made with whisked eggs and sugar, with very little flour added to the batter. This makes the sponge batter a little more delicate than most.
This type of sponge does not reheat particularly well, so we would not particularly recommend baking the sponges and then freezing them. The sponge batter can be made a few hours in advance and refrigerated so it may be possible to make the batter and freeze it in the ramekins. As the pots are quite small you may be able to bake the sponges direct from frozen, adding a few extra minutes to the baking time. However, as we have not tried this ourselves, we are unable to guarantee the results.
