Hi, the Slow Roasted Garlic And Lemon Chicken sounds like a great recipe. However a couple of members of my family can't tolerate garlic. Is it possible to make it minus the garlic? And if so, is it the same cooking time? Thank you!

NIgella's Slow Roasted Garlic And Lemon Chicken (from NIGELLA SUMMER) is a one pan recipe that yields moist falling-off-the-bone chicken along with caramelised lemon chunks and garlic cloves.
The garlic mellows and becomes sweet and sticky in the oven and you don't get any harsh garlic flavour. However, you can leave the garlic out if there are allergies or intolerances. If garlic-flavoured oil is tolerated then you could use this instead of the olive oil. The cooking time for the dish is exactly the same, with or without the garlic.
