Our answer

Nigella's recipe for Chicken With Spring Onions, Chilli And Greek Yogurt (from HOW TO EAT) has pan fried chicken breasts that are served with a herb, garlic, cucumber and yogurt salad, that is almost like a dressing or dip. The yogurt salad takes inspiration from tsatsiki.

The yogurt salad already has quite a lot of flavour so we would not necessarily want to add anything extra. You could substitute some of the herbs if you don't like coriander or mint, using dill or chervil instead. Using some chives would add to the allium content so we would only use these if you like a stronger onion flavour. The cucumber adds a cooling crunch to the salad, but if you do not like cucumber we would suggest omitting it completely rather than using sweetcorn. You could also serve some grilled or roasted vegetables alongside the chicken and we would suggest using some summer vegetables such as courgettes (zucchini) or red or yellow (sweet/bell) peppers.
