Nigella's One-Step No-Churn Coffee Ice Cream (from NIGELLISSIMA) is very easy to make, with a combination of whipped cream, condensed milk, coffee liqueur and espresso powder that are whisked together and then frozen.
You do not need to add any extra sugar as the condensed milk contains enough sugar to sweeten the ice cream, and balance the bitterness of the espresso powder. One of the magical things about using condensed milk with whipped cream to make ice cream is that this combination has exactly the right proportions of fat and sugar to give a smooth and easy to scoop ice cream.
