Freezing Salted Chocolate Tart

Full question
I've got a nearly a whole Salted Chocolate Tart left over and want to know if it can be successfully frozen?
Our answer
Nigella's Salted Chocolate Tart (from SIMPLY NIGELLA) has a crust made from chocolate sandwich cookies and a chocolate filling that is similar to a non-egg based custard. The tart is at its best within one day of making, as the crust starts to soften once the filling has been added.
Leftovers of the tart will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days. Unfortunately we do not particularly recommend freezing the tart, or leftovers, as the filling can separate slightly when the tart thaws and watery liquid can seep out.
