Ingredients

Serves: 8-10

Metric Cups
  • 50 millilitres beef stock
  • 200 grams graham flour (wholewheat flour)
  • 100 millilitres boiling water
  • 100 grams rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 grams flour
  • 2 fluid ounces beef broth
  • 7 ounces graham flour (wholewheat flour)
  • 4 fluid ounces boiling water
  • 3½ ounces quick-cooking oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 5⅓ ounces flour

Method

  • Mix the stock, boiling water and graham flour and let it sit for a while, add the rest and knead until you have a dough.
  • Roll out and cut out cookies in the size that fits your dog.
  • Bake in the oven at 175'c for 20-40 min, depending on the size and thickness.
  • Once you have baked all the biscuits, leave them in the oven overnight so they can get really dry on the residual heat.
