Hi! Can I make mini Lemon Pavlovas with the same recipe?

Nigella's Lemon Pavlova (from SIMPLY NIGELLA) has a meringue flavoured with lemon zest and topped with lemon curd and whipped cream. You can make mini versions of the pavlova and for this amount of meringue we would estimate that you could make 12 mini pavlova bases.
To bake the pavlovas preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/350°F. Form the meringue bases on two baking sheets lined with baking parchment (parchment paper). Each one should be approximately 10cm /4 inches in diameter (draw circles on the parchment then flip it over to use as a template, if that helps). Put the meringues in the oven and bake for 30 minutes, then turn the oven off and leave for another 30 minutes. After that, remove the meringues and leave to cool on wire racks. You may need slightly more lemon curd and cream for the pavlovas, depending on how generously you want to top them.
