Our answer

Nigella's Forgotten Pudding (from NIGELLA EXPRESS) is so named as it is put in a turned-off oven and "forgotten" overnight. This gives a soft, marshmallowy meringue base that is topped with whipped cream and assorted fruits.

Ifyou grease the tin well then you should be able to slide the meringue from the tin onto a plate. You can use a large palette knife or spatula to help to loosen the meringue from the sides of the tin and then move the meringue. If you are worried you can line the tin with some baking parchment (parchment paper), with the paper coming up the sides of the short end of the tin. You can use the paper to help to slide the meringue onto a large board and then slide the meringue from the paper onto the plate.
