Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chips

Full question
Good morning from Oz, I've seen Nigella make a cheesecake or cake using peanut butter and chocolate swirled chips. A friend got me some when she was in the US and now I can't remember which show had the recipe in it (and I don't think it is the cheesecake with the peanuts in the base). Can you let me know which one it is? Thank you Jenny
Our answer
Nigella uses the swirled peanut butter and chocolate chips (also known as morsels) in the Ice Cream Cake from Nigella Express (p222). In this recipe you could also use plain peanut butter chips or milk or dark chocolate chips instead.
If you have some chips left over then you could use them in other recipes, such as muffins. We would suggest trying them in the Banana Butterscotch Muffins (also in Express, p262) - to make them peanut butter and banana muffins, or in the Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins (in Feast, p257) to make peanut chocolate chip muffins.
In the UK and Australia the chips can be bought on-line, see links below for some examples.
