In a big pot boil the potatoes and pumpkin, add the leek and onions when the potatoes and pumpkin are almost done. Transfer to a kitchen wizz, or using a hand held blender, wizz/blend till smooth. Retaining some of the cooking water, add as much as you like to bring it to the consistancy you desire. Add the nutmeg and wizz/blend again. If you wish, serve with a dash of cream.
