Does Nigella have a book that is specfically for slow cooking or can you recommend one of her books that has a section dedicated to this? Thank you.

Nigella does not have a book specifically on slow-cooker recipes but her book SIMPLY NIGELLA does have several slow-cooker recipes. In particular Nigella includes instructions on how to cook chickpeas and black beans in a slow-cooker, which can take out some of the pre-soaking stress of cooking pulses. Other recipes include Moroccan Chicken, Beef And Guinness Stew and Korean Beef And Rice.
