How long does the Banoffee Cheesecake keep in the fridge once made?

Nigella's Banoffee Cheesecake (from KITCHEN) is a baked banana-flavoured cheesecake served with a toffee/caramel sauce. Once the cheesecake has been made, it will keep for up to 3 days in the fridge. The sauce can keep in the fridge for up to one month.
Cheesecakes made with full-fat (not reduced or low fat) cream cheese usually freeze quite well. However, this cheesecake also contains mashed bananas and can sometimes weep slightly when thawed. But if you have leftovers and would prefer not to throw them away, you can try freezing slices, in individual containers, for up to one month. Thaw overnight in the fridge and eat within 24 hours.
