I would like to make to make Nigella's squid salad but the recipe includes mizuna. What is mizuna?

Nigella's Squid Salad With Lime, Coriader, Mint And Mizuna (from NIGELLA SUMMER) has warm, tender squid tossed with an Asian influenced dressing. The salad is served with mizuna leaves.
Mizuna is a leaf that can be used raw in salads and can also be cooked. It originates from Japan and has a piquant, slightly spicy or peppery flavour. It can be found in some supermarkets and Asian grocers but if you can't find mizuna then Nigella suggests using rocket (arugula/roquette/rucula) as an alternative. Small watercress leaves could also be used as another alternative.
