Hi, I have just watched the latest episode of Nigella kitchen. She used a silicone springform tin to make her peanut butter cheesecake and i would really love to know where i can buy one from. Many thanks!
Our answer
The red silicone springform tin is the Paton Calvert 6847 silicone springform 23cm (model code 4902757), so do look online.
In the US it is maybe worth looking at the Broadway Panhandler in New York. It is listed as the Lekue silicone springform pan. www.broadwaypanhandler.com
