Our answer

Nigella's Caribbean Creams (from NIGELLA EXPRESS) is a tropically flavoured dessert made with a combination of yogurt lightened with whipped cream. In the ingredients list it states "coconut yogurt", which is a coconut flavoured yogurt made with cow's milk and usually lightly sweetened. The non-dairy type of yogurt is usually listed as "coconut-milk yogurt".

You may be able to use coconut-milk yogurt instead of coconut flavoured yogurt but the dish will not be vegan as it contains whipped cream. Also coconut-milk yogurt is usually unsweetened, so you may need to sweeten it with a teaspoon or two of icing sugar (confectioners' sugar) before using it in the recipe. However we would emphasise that we have not made the recipe using coconut-milk yogurt so are unable to guarantee the results.
