Sprinkle the gelatine onto a little cold water and dissolve by standing in a saucepan of simmering water. Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and coconut milk till well combined. Stir in the melted gelatine. Pour into a bowl and leave to set in the refrigerator.

- 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
- thick coconut cream (same quantity as condensed milk)
- 2 teaspoons gelatine
- fruit (to serve)
