For me, this is one of my favourite cakes (and for anyone who knows me, knows I love all kinds of cake). It combines my two loves; coffee and cake in such a way that one slice is never enough. Be it in the morning to accompany my morning coffee (too much?) or as part of my evening meal, I can never get enough of this cake.
