Lately I have been concerning myself a lot with gluten. Couple of dear friends and my aunt (who has always been like a mother to me), discovered recently that they have celiac disease. As I love challenges, this is my gluten free version of Nigella’s Devil Food Cake. I confess the cake was not as fluffy, but it looked and tasted as good as the regular one. Just changed the wheat flour for the GF one and added a little of xanthan gum. :)
