This is my competition entry for this January's cook-a-long! White wine vinegar is not something I usually have in the cupboard, therefore I have substituted this for some raspberry vinegar my mum bought at a country fair. It has made the mini pavlovas lovely and glossy with a very subtle hint of rose colour. Topped with pomegranate seeds, yoghurt and a teeny tiny swirl of meringue- delicious!
