South-African-living-outside-New York's Australian Fudge This is what I grew up knowing as Fudge - time to introduce to child 1 (13) and 2 (9). Oh so perfect - the mixer was new to me but followed that step - the time tested instruction for when to stop beating (with wooden spoon- holy hotness Batman!) was when mixture started "fudging" at edge of pan - still good indicator in sometimes tricky-to-time endeavor. Universal, or should that be Global, approval for this recipe!
