This is my first attempt at making a Yule Log, or a fancy cake for that matter, and I'm so pleased at how it turned out! Of course, Nigella's recipes are always so reliable, and this Yule Log turned out to be much easier than I expected. Plus it looked great and tasted so delicious! I look forward to making this Yule Log every Christmas from hereon.
