I made quite a lot of Nigella's Hot Cross Buns. We loved their smaller size. I did have a few leftovers which I turned into a Hot Cross Bun Pudding using the rum custard from Nigella's Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding in Kitchen. The photo does not do it justice!! :)
