I've just moved to a new country and have been baking cakes for my new colleagues. Simply Nigella has provided 5 cakes so far and each of them have been delicious. Nothing brings people together like food and I get a lot of enjoyment from making and sharing the cakes. The chocolate cake was fantastic and we all had a second piece! For me cooking is so creative, just like science, which is probably why I love my job and my kitchen!
