Having been a fan of Nigella's cakes in the past, I had to give up most of the recipes as my husband is allergic to eggs. So how happy was I when I spotted this vegan cake! Drizzled with salted caramel sauce and a white chocolate heart. For some reason I do not have a round cake tin, so mine is square!
