I don't know if this can count? I've made the original many times and have been wanting to make a chocolate version ever since I read about how cardamom and chocolate complement each other in the Flavour Thesaurus. So I followed the original recipe, but folded through 150g dark melted chocolate, used all almond meal and omitted the rosewater. Along with the pistachio on top I sprinkled some cocoa nibs.
