This cake is an all round winner. If you are gluten intolerant, fancy something a bit sticky or want a quick and tasty recipe then look no further. I painted mine with lemon juice, sugar and honey glaze and added a healthy dollop of clotted cream - just to add to the naughtiness. Nom!!
