I followed the recipe à la lettre, I'm a Pavlova king since I've discovered the recipe in you TV show and this was my first lemon one. I did the lemon curd myself following the instructions of the passion fruit curd and everything worked wonderfully. My guests and myself thank you Nigella. Edgar Avila
