My Mom's Birthday cakes! Since July is such a wonderful month for adding berries, I decided to switch lemon with berries. Turned out amazingly great! The cakes have two meringue layers, to make them look a bit fancier and bigger. I added also some chocolate on top for decoration. Toasted almond is between the layers to give some extra crunch. Turned out delicious and the guests were very happy!
