Not the first pavlova I've ever made but probably the most delicious. Even though our guest were hesitant at first and only wanted a "small slice" the cake magically disappeared (with only four people around the table!). The suggestion of homemade lemon custard was wonderful and worked out great - impossible to find lemon custard in stores in Austria! Definitely a recipe that I'll continue making and I'm quite sure the cake will coninue to magically disappear.
