Hi *waves* my name is Emma and I recently moved to Montreal from New Zealand. I absolutely adore baking (and Nigella) and this tart was the first thing I baked in my new home city. I made a mini tart to go on top with the leftover mixture. It was the perfect recipe to use to get back in to the groove of baking. Side note: The photo bugs me slightly because I sat the tart crooked - but I figure it just adds character, nobody (tart) is perfect anyway, right? :D
