I picked up the blackberries myself as I know where to find some close to my place. I followed the recipe but somehow the crust ended up to crusty and the edges even cooked where crumbling appart when serving so I decided to use a large flower shape cookie cutter to make a nice presentation of it. I added some fresh blackberries and sprinkled some icing sugar. I have to say the taste is definetely there. It was scrumptious. I did not know that just creme fraiche & berries cooked could taste so good. Simple & elegant. To make again!
