Never in my life I have been an adept of cooking desserts. It is pure chemistry and therefore very complex! However anything should be done for love: My boyfriend is a fervent admirer of Nigella's best, and as his birthday approaches I thought: 'What can be better than a book signed by her?' So I got my hands dirty!...This version follows the same recipe, but I added a little bit of milk to the creme fraiche. The way the blackberries melted and mixed with the cream was absolutely delicious.
