My gluten free trying to recover a disaster version. I used GF plain flour with a bit of psyllium husk but then added too much water so added some oats and almond flour. Then realised I had no creme fraiche so mixed some yoghurt with buttermilk. My very fussy 8 year old ate it though so can't be all bad!
