Loved this recipe, cause I love nuts & caramel. Seeing pecan nuts inspired me. Yum. Baked cakes but never a sweet tart before. Pastry was a challenge as I have never made this kind before. Wished there was a clip to see if I did it right. I added more flour to a consistency that I thought may stick to the side. My fan forced oven was too hot at 180 degrees, pulled it out after 25min. Might try 140 next time.
