My family is from the South, so pecan pie is one of the staples on our Thanksgiving table. I decided to give Nigella's Pecan-Plus Pie recipe a try this year to shake things up. Oh boy, I'm so glad I did! Everyone loved it! One of our favorite family pastimes is sit around the table, crack mixed nuts and talk. So this combined two of our families favorites. It was wonderful! Flaky crust, nutty flavor, and a delightfully sweet center. Rave reviews - especially from my hubby! Thanks Nigella!
