An Australian inspired Pecan pie with almonds, pecans, walnuts and macadamias reminding me of happy times with my lovely Mum. I took the photo on our farm in Tasmania. Just had to be careful our big Maremma dog Billy didn't eat it as he followed me around the garden while I tried to take a good photo!!
