Nigellas Pecan Plus Pie is wonderful! I came home after a dinner with friends and this was just the treat I was craving! Pecan Plus pie was easy, fast and super delicious with a scoop of vanilla bean ice-cream. I made mine in a rectangular flan tin as I like the way it portions out :)
