Base 1 1⁄2 cups flour 2 tablespoon castor sugar 125 g butter Filling 2 tablespoon butter 1⁄3 cup golden syrup 1⁄2 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon v.ess 1 cup chopped pecans 2 egg beaten METHOD Cream butter & sugar & add flour to for a soft dough. Blind bake @ 180 deg for 15 minutues in a tart pan Mix all ingredients except eggs on a stove till everything melts. When cool mix in an eggs Pour mixture in tart shell and bake for another 20 minutues till mixture is firm Serve with fresh cream.
