I love dinner rolls especially when it's homemade but this recipe inspired by Nigella's Soft White Dinner Rolls is very special. I re-created and filled it with Angus beef plus veggies, brushed with egg white then rolled to Italian bread crumbs then bake in the oven, what an excellent result. A twist to this recipe - this is just like a Cornish Flaky Rolls hiding in this Soft White Dinner Rolls. A complete dinner in a roll. Oh, what a scrumptious surprise in every bite. I also made a plain one simply topped with Italian bread crumbs, very soft and moist, perfect pairing with hearty bowl of soup.
