Can't beat a sunny frosty Saturday morning with the delicious aroma of freshly baked bread. The smell from the oven took me straight back to my youth. The family ripped the rolls apart and scoffed them as soon as they came out of the oven. Lots of linseed, sesame, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds to give flavour, crunch and colour, and a great crumb too. Lovely recipe. I did use half bread flour in my version.
