Easter egg nest cake with clementine and grandmarnier. This cake I made for my eldest son who loves dark chocolate. Because he had to travel with it I cooked the double cream and later I melted the chocolate in the hot cream. I chilled it and whipped it until soft peaks. In this ganache I put also a tablespoon grand marnier and a 1/2 teaspoon from the grated skin from a clementine. The cake I made like Nigella told, and it works just like she said. My son said this is so delicious!
