I was scared to try this recipe because I just have a hand beater n was worried the egg whites may not whip up well. Then I went ahead n also added some coffee powder to it. I did not find the eggs for decoration so just sprinkled it with some powdered sugar. It turned out to be a great dessert n we all enjoyed it. I have done it many times now.
