This is my second attempt. The first time I gave it a go my beautiful Pavlova collapsed. The cake wasn't wasted though, I covered it with an extra layer of cream and strawberries and it was delicious. This time I baked them at a lower heat and let them cool in the oven. I'm so proud of this splendid cake! Thank you for the recipe!
